Designation – Sales Manager for Manavadar location
– For Edible Oil -Manavadar/Gujarat
– Managing General Trade channel by a strong distribution Network for Edible Oils segment.
– Managing a team of executives/ sales agents and generating sales.
– Collaborate with senior executives to establish a sales goal.
– Developing efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the territory and target setting a strong sales team
– Collecting customer and market feedback
– Supervision and Mentoring of front-line executives/agents
– Monitoring and driving sales
– Sales forecasting and stock management
– Debtors control.
– Meet performance expectations and requirements and forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly sales goals, and create sales promotion plans.
Desired Technical Profile:
– MBA in Marketing
– 4-5 years of relevant experience
– Ability to write reports & business correspondence.
– Preferably candidates from edible oil industry
– Should have adequate knowledge of procedure & process of edible oil trade
Education: MBA in Marketing
