Job Overview

Role Objective :

Objective of role is to increase the product penetration of Merino – HANEX solid surface products in allotted market and ensure the product becomes the preferred choice of customer for all the interior and exterior decorative designing work.

Job Responsibilities :

– You will be responsible for developing and managing new distributor / Dealer network – Central / Western – Mumbai for MERINO – Hanex & EWC (External Wall Cladding ) Products
– You will be responsible for ensuring to achieve annual sales targets for assigned territory which is approx. 1.50 Cr
– You will be responsible for generating business from small & medium projects through Architects / Builders / Interior

Designers / Consultants :

– You will be responsible for managing relationship with Dealers & Distributors for the assigned Zone
– You will be responsible for coordinating with production team and technical department for timely order execution
– You will be responsible for generating leads of projects and ensure the same are updated in CRM with desired details

Position Qualification :

– You have extraordinary work experience of 4+ years in Sales
– You have excellent relationship with Distributor / Dealer / Architect / Interior designer Network
– You have worked with premium product category of products
– You have exceptional interpersonal skills to manage conflicts between team and intradepartmental team members
