Job Overview

Responsibilities :

– Leading pre-sales team who will handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
– Develop a strategy that team will use to achieve set targets of leads and site visits. Ensure proper tele-calling script is used for all calls by team and quality of opportunities is maintained as per company standards.
– Handling all enquiries from ATL and BTL campaigns and Inbound calls.
– Making Outbound calls from the database provided by the Marketing or Sales team.
– Follow up calls and emails with the clients interested in the projects and to ensure that they visit the site. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly calling reports. Providing project details to the customers.
– Sending weekly/ daily MIS to the Senior Management.

Profile :

– Previous pre sales experience of 5 to 10 years preferably in residential real estate. Required fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
– Good communication, convincing skills, positive attitude, patience while co-coordinating with clients.
– Ability to understand requirements of prospects.
– Client Relationship Management, handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
– Confident, self-starter & presentable personality.

Qualification : Any Graduate
CTC : Depending on skills and experience of the candidate
Location : Dahisar East, Mumbai
