Job Overview

Responsibilities:

– Develop business strategies to raise our customers- pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
– Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
– Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
– Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
– Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
– Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
– Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
– Trains the store staff on the store’s brands, latest trends, fashion tips
– Creates business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
– Hire, train and oversee new staff
– Responds to customer complaints & concerns in a professional manner
– Motivates the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
– Trains the store staff on upselling and cross-selling
– Grooms and nurture the store staff for better customer engagement
– Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
– Ensures store compliance with health & safety regulations
– Develop & arrange promotional materials & in-store displays
– Monitor Inventory levels and order new items
– Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
– Maintain and follow the SOP store strictly
